MySQL CH is hack tool, ado client and http tunnel to load/write files and file scanner using mysql user, used for server stored.

Changes v.1.4 to v.1.6:
*Add Write File feature;
*Add fully HTTP tunneling with support for proxy and credentials;
*Fix some bugs;
